Open browser settings ( Ctrl + Shift + Delete ), select "All Time" as the time range, check "Cached images and files" and "Cookies," then clear the data.
Never download external executable files ( .exe ), media players, "missing codecs," or browser plugins prompted by an unfamiliar streaming site claiming it will "fix" the video. Legitimate web video players run natively via HTML5 without extra software.
Go to Settings > Privacy & Security > Cookies and Site Data > Clear Data.
Open Command Prompt as Administrator and type ipconfig /flushdns , then press Enter. This clears old routing paths.
