Nevertheless, the strategic shift to NIC Punjab, known for successful e-governance projects in other states, has proven to be the right decision. Despite these initial challenges, the post-launch improvements have been significant, yielding substantial savings and operational efficiencies. The government aims to fully implement all modules and integrate systems like GPMS and the Accountant General's audit reports in the future.
