Once the game loads, you will notice a modified interface. To activate the Dragon Ball Z features, you must use Cleo touch combinations. If you share with third parties, their policies apply
The CLEO scripts control the superpowers (flying, Kamehameha, etc.). Open the extracted cleo folder. Copy all files inside it.

SoundWave is tested with Windows 7, Windows 8 and Windows 10. The installer will check for .Net 4.6.1 and ask you to download and install it, if it was not found.
Everything else is coming with the install package.
