Once the display lights up, you can step through the individual hardware tests by using the directional arrows ( < and > ). To initiate a selected test, press the button.

If you see "E:02" (water inflow error), do not assume the tap is off. In service mode Test 06 (water inlet), if water doesn't flow, the inlet valve is dead.
